Bill currently holds the position of Director of Finance, where he has been instrumental in setting up our reserve financial accounts. Bill is also the retired Chief of Fire Operations for the Marcus Hook Chemical Plant. He serves as one of the lead instructors for DSFS Officer courses.  He has previously held the positions of Fire Chief, Deputy Chief,and Assistant Chief.
